UNM EA is committed to providing our students with the most up to date equipment for the realization of their projects.

The Electronic Arts computer lab is equipped with MacPro, iMac, and Dell computers, as well as an extensive collection of peripherals, such as cameras, projectors, scanners, large format printers, Arduino's, sensors, sound recorders, monitors, midi controllers, and other electronic devices. The lab is supervised by a lab manager and monitored by student workers. It is continually updated with the latest industry-standard commercial and open-source software taught in our classes. Students have access to the lab if they are enrolled in Electronic Arts classes, the Electronic Arts graduate program, or have been accepted for individual lab use through by a faculty member.

In addition to access to the lab facilities, students are also encouraged to check out video and audio equipment for home use on their art projects. Please see Brian Kimura for more information.
